I developed VTB Online, a comprehensive internet banking project for Bank VTB Azerbaijan. The main objective was to create an intuitive and user-friendly online banking service. Our main challenge was doing redesign from scratch to VTB Online. The reason behind this decision is feedbacks from our customers. Let's dive into problem it self and how I overcame this.
